your God is a failture, but mine is an exalted King. You believe he is cruel in YOUR view....not in His view recorded in Scripture. Was it cruel when God flooded the world? It was just.

Ha ha ha ha ha. Come on, you do know, don't you, the keystone of Calvin's whole system? It is the hidden decrees of G-d. Ie., those things which, though nowhere to be found in the Bible, must be true in order for Calvin's system to work. It comes down to Calvin basically saying that his system depends on certain things being true and that if they weren't true the system wouldn't work, but since the system is evidently of G-d then those certain things must indeed be true.

Genesis 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Sounds like free-will actions to me.
Genesis 6:8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.
Again, more free-will actions. Doesn't say "But Noah was predestined to behave righteously toward God".
