Correct. After all, if he is the savior of all men, he died in vain since most reject him. I believe he is the savior of his people, a group God chose from before the world, to save.

If He were, then all men would be saved. But that's not going to happen, is it?

The sacrifice of the cross was sufficient for all,but only efficacious to those that come.It is an atonement limited .
