I hardly think you can compare swingers to fundamentalist Christians. The former is a disgusting immoral disease filled vile lifestyle. The later is full of love hope and future. Stop defending swingers.
If what you say is true how many people would the Ramsey's have a suit against? Huh? Dominick Dunne has made a million accusations based on his unrevealed sources. He has done it on Lary King Live more times than you can count. The Ramsey's huff and puff but no one has taken him on becuase they can't. You don't know the law and anyone who has ever watched TV or listened to radio knows you don't even believe your own eyes.
The Ramsey's would have Dominick Dunne's butt in jail for contempt and a huge judgement, if what you said was true.
Dominick just used an unamed source this week, to accuse a Condit of murder using the mafia.Anyone who has heard the accusations about the parents of Jon Benet Ramsey and the Chandra Levy case knows you are not telling the truth.
From the start, I believed they were such total creeps they wouldn't know fact from fiction. They seem like exactly the kind of sleazy people who would sell or rape or kill their own kid, but I'm going to withhold judgement for awhile. Even sleazy people's children can be kidnapped unbeknownst to them. They might be at fault because they're neglectful, but not necessarily part of some plot. (Hooooo boy, am I stretching to be "fair.") The truth is out there.
As I skimmed this I had thought that the title was stating that the source was finally revealed. I went down looking at the bold print and gave it more significance than it deserved. You were right to bring this to my attention.
I had not heard of the garage being set up with locks on the inside before. But then we're not completely sure that is correct either.
I don't have reason to disbelieve this Roberts guy, but as you state he is a second hand source.
Oops. I believe you to have been far more accurate than I concerning this article. Sorry about that.
Search turns to desert, aqueduct for Danielle

February 15, 2002 SAN DIEGO Volunteers plan to spend the holiday weekend searching for a 7-year-old girl who was abducted from her home more than two weeks ago. Investigators asked a volunteer search and rescue team from the San Diego County Sheriff's Department to search Sunday near the San Diego Aqueduct in Poway, not far from the northern San Diego home where police believe Danielle van Dam was abducted. The area is one of several that police are searching as the investigation continues into the girl's disappearance, said police spokesman David Cohen. Danielle's father, Damon van Dam, plans to help search efforts in the Imperial Valley desert, where a neighbor traveled the weekend of the girl's disappearance. He intends to ask off-road vehicle users, who are expected to visit the desert in large numbers over the weekend, to distribute fliers with Danielle's photo and to help search remote areas for any sign of the girl. Danielle was last seen Feb. 1 when her father put her to bed. Her parents noticed she was missing when they went to wake her up about 9 a.m. the next day, authorities said. Her disappearance has drawn nationwide attention and was featured on "America's Most Wanted." There have been no arrests, but police have said a 49-year-old neighbor, David Westerfield, is a potential suspect and they have searched his home several times. Investigators are "cautiously optimistic" that they are making progress in the case, Capt. Ron Newman said Friday. Also on Friday, the girl's mother, Brenda van Dam, released a video of her daughter, set to music, in hopes of drawing further help to the search effort. "I hope, I hope that someone will tell where she is, Brenda van Dam said. "You could only hope." |

Search Focuses on Neighbor
|
SAN DIEGO, CA - (2-6-02) Investigators appear to have new information regarding the disappearance of 7 year old Danielle Van Dam. Detectives spent the night Monday searching a nearby residence. They impounded property as well as two vehicles from the house. They also questioned the forty-nine year old single male owner, David Westerfield. According to SDPD Lieutenant Jim Collins, Westerfield cooperated with authorities. He took them to locations in the desert where he said that he spent the weekend. Lieutenant Collins said that Mr. Westerfield has not been ruled out as a suspect, but at this point no charges have been filed. |

Search and rescue personnel continued to look through canyons and hillsides near the Van Dam home Tuesday(photos below). The investigation, however, appeared to focus on Westerfield as a suspect. A shoe (photo above left) was taken from his home and presented to a search dog before entering the Van Dam home. |

The photos below are of the Van Dam backyard and show the sliding glass door reported to have been found open the morning Danielle was reported missing. Detectives say this is likely to be the way a possible kidnapper may have entered the home. |

Porn legend Larry Flynt opened a combination coffee shop and adult bookstore in downtown San Diego Friday.
The Hustler Hollywood San Diego is located in the Gaslamp District and describes itself as "coffee bar, video palace, and sensual novelty paradise."
It is "the only place in town where you can drop by and get a great cup of coffee and a blow-up doll to keep you company while you eat," according to a press release. It is the fifth such store for Flynt to open.
The store will no doubt draw the ire of many San Diegans, something that isn't new to Flynt.
But Flynt told 10News that his store will make an effort. The third floor of the store offers the adult fare you might expect, but in compliance with city ordinance, the first floor will offer mostly soft items like t-shirts and bath oil.
"We go out of our way to create the image that this is not an adult bookstore," Flynt said.
The founder of Hustler Magazine has made something of a career of being a controversial figure, and was even immortalized in the 1996 film "The People vs. Larry Flynt."
In recent months, he has made headlines by suing the Pentagon for the right to send reporters out with U.S. forces on combat missions in Afghanistan.
