it's negligible... you don't really pay until you get married. ;-)

Pay for dates? Why not? Those are cheap.
It's the darn divorce that's expensive!

Sure they should pay. Just the other day, I was walking downtown and a lovely lass asked me if I wanted a date. Said it would cost $50. I'm still wondering how she knew exactly how much dinner and a movie would be.

Not if all of these "modern women" want to be "in control."

I tried stealing the dates at my local supermarket. <P< Don't try it!

I hope Glenn J. Sacks never has another date as long as he lives! (Just kiddin'.)

Men should pay for dates,,I have three daughters therefore I think men should pay. In ten years when my grandsons start to date I will change my mind. Men have alot more to pay for other than dates,,forgetting my birthday, forgetting valentine's day, saying an insensitive remark 32 years ago when I was pregnant, I won't repeat it but it had to do with my resemblance to a large ocean going mammal. He is still paying for that.

There are many wonderful differences between men and women - men pay, women don't, is just one of them.

The present condition of American women is so atrocious that it would take a man with a much stronger stomach than I have to date one.

Yeah...I agree. That's why most of the men in my family (including myself) married women who were not American women.

Boy, sound like you're tons of fun! Gosh & golly gee whiz- why don't you try having a sense of humor!! Your life might turn out to be a lot less stressful, than staying pissed at somebody (over nothing) for 32 years.

I've always insisted on paying for dates, for none of the reasons that are listed here. I'm just a nice guy who is willing to go out of my way to let a woman know that I am a nice guy.

Should all men pay? What am I, psychic? How am I supposed to know what every woman will do at the end of the night.
To: Stand Watch Listen
I do so gladly, but I pick the women VERY carefully. This is more important then any rule about dating women today.

...willing to go out of my way to let a woman know that I am a nice guy. Let me guess...they still have a difficult time believing it?
