Under no circumstances are we to be insensitive and look for people who appear to be of Middle Eastern extraction. That just wouldn't be fair.
Also, even though the FBI believes him to be armed and dangerous, before anyone calls to report if he is seen, the public is encouraged to walk up and give him a big hug! He needs to know that we are his friends!
