I have no experience with them, but /1/ S&W autos have a very spotty, rep, some are TERRIBLE.

If you think your life will depend on the firearm; get a Glock. There are many great firearms that you can purchase, a Sig, a Berretta that come in .40 cal. But, imo if you think your life will depend on it, a Glock is the choice.

Purchased a Glock 23 with night sights on Friday. Feels great and will be breaking it in on Tuesday.
