There isn't anything in that definition about "PRIVATE PROPERTY", which is a subject that Libertarians are, as a rule, abysmally ignorant of.

Libertarians want a complete reconstruction of our society, with with what they consider a just and equitable distribution of property and labor. For example, the seizure of all public schools and municipal properties for redistribution pursuant to some ill-defined scheme they just can't seem to explain.
