Sometimes we bail them out, but much more often we impose our will on them, usually for monetary gain.

And that is the biggest reason we're hated all over the world - in large part, we (not you and me, but "our" government) deserve it.

I personally don't care why. We should slam the doors, close the borders, kick out the U.N. and put up a big sign that says, "We're closed dammit!". Let's take care of our own, make our own, drill for own own, grow our own and then see how long the rest of the world gets on with out us. And if they make it on their own, even better.
