Remember the '95 Series? Atlanta beat us with pitching, and we definitely had the sticks (Lofton, Visquel, Bell, Baerga, Murray, Winfield, etc.). Then again, having two Cy Young winners back-to-back in your rotation helps, too.

Were that the case, Premier Radio wouldn't have agreed to a $250 million contract for 8 years. Rush is on top and will stay there. So go listen to the rabid Savage, or Hannity (yawn) or any of the others, if you can get them. Better yet, send me an audition tape of your own show and I'll let you know whether you have a future in any medium.

Well, I'm not the best judge because I don't listen all the time, but I do turn Rush on whenever I'm in the car and he's on and I know on several occasions this past week I've gotten really irritated because whenever I turned him on he was going on and on about football. I am NOT a football fan and there is way more sports radio than there needs to be in my opinion. I just wanted to tell him "Hey Rush...I don't listen to you for football commentary."
