There is no doubt that The Beast was wiping mascara or something. Sincerely, I'm not saying this just because of her my opinion of her. It was obvious that something was in her eye. No way was she wiping a tear.
I thought, given all the criticism of her performance at W's last speech to Congress, that The Beast would be on her best behavior tonight. But she cannot help herself.
