TALLAHASSEE, Florida (CNN) -- The daughter of Florida Gov. Jeb Bush was arrested early Tuesday after she allegedly tried to fill a false prescription at a pharmacy, Tallahassee, Florida, police said.
Noelle Bush was picked up by police at a Walgreens store and charged with fraudulently obtaining a controlled substance, a jail spokesman said. Police said she was attempting to obtain Xanax, which is used to treat anxiety disorder. The drug can make users feel drowsy and dizzy as it reduces nervousness and tension.

Xanax can be a dangerous and addictive drug. Docs did not realize how addictive it was when it first hit the market. If she's addicted she needs to get off it slowly and carefully and with a docs help. This is a shame really.
Oh, get real will you. She's got issues much worse than that. Xanax is safer than valium and anyone who thinks otherwise needs to up their beta blockers. You're missing the forest for the tress.

Bump for good mug shots, I looked like I was at a great party! The lady asked me repeatedly not to smile.

It's safe but addictive. If you try to get off it in one fell swoop you will get withdrawal symptoms.

I cannot quote you the exact statistics, but I think rehab -- at least for alcoholics -- "works" for just 20-30%. Low percentage of people who go through rehab and actually stay with it.

You know what? I would like to thank all the FReepers who posted here. I emailed some of this information to my son who has been taking this crap (doctor's orders). My son emailed me back and he's all upset about the side effects he never understood. Now he is going to rethink his treatment all together. He has also been taking Effexor and I went on the Internet and looked it up for side effects, too. My son has been going through divorce angst and the ex even got a restraining order and he hasn't seen his kids for almost THREE MONTHS!!! During this three months, my son was suffering from both anxiety and depression and to make matters worse he came down with a painful case of KIDNEY STONES. Anyway, I am so very grateful to you posters who got this life-saving information to my attention and I passed it on to my sweet son. God bless Jeb Bush's daughter, too. This is some scary sh--!! Thanks again.

I did not know that Joe Flynn from McHale's Navy got busted.

Did you ever work for the Texas drivers license department? I kept that one that you took of me a few years ago. WOW! I looked scary & I was perfectly sober.

What a shame. I've got an adult sister who has got a real weakness for coke...i know first hand how drugs can devestate a family. I'm praying for her and for the Bushes. There's noting funny here, only tragedy.

THAT should be the centerpiece of an antidrug abuse campaign.
My daughter will be seeing it...

What makes you say rehab won't work?I didn't. I was quoting a poster with a similar name (Quila vs. Quilla) and disagreeing at that. Fortunately, I haven't the foggiest how well rehab works.
We have so little information to even speculate just what's happened here. However, commenting on Ms. Bush's appearance seems like such a waste of effort and the wit I so enjoy here.

I darn near thought it was you.
I did a doubletake on the screen name, but knew it couldn't be you due to the noteworthy lack of class in the message.

Yeah yeah. And then there are people who claim
Prozac's worse than heroin. And if that don't kill you, then
Zoloft will.
Aspirin is nasty stuff too. But not nearly as bad as
Tylenol. .
Better just stick to warm milk. That's gotta be safe!

This is Jeb's Roger Clinton. If not worse. That picture looks like something off Cops. She should be ashamed.
This is also another reason people need to lay-off Chelsea. Yeah, it's fun bashing her, but it doesn't look good on a public message board. IMHO.
