TALLAHASSEE, Florida (CNN) -- The daughter of Florida Gov. Jeb Bush was arrested early Tuesday after she allegedly tried to fill a false prescription at a pharmacy, Tallahassee, Florida, police said.

geez couldn't she do better than a drug like that? She could get that from any doc. Didn't have to try to forge the Rx.

Life can be rough for some people. Even for a pretty girl in New York City. In fact, life's roughness can sometimes be documented visually through the mugshots in your criminal arrest record.

No rehab, rehab doesn't work! At least that's what GW's new drug czar believes. Jail Time! Wait, nevermind, I forgot that nothing bad happens to you because you have a drug habit if you're in that family, jail time is only for the lower classes.

Our screen names are frightenly similar. For the record, I disagree with your crass remark. We have no clue as to the details of this charge and absolutely no proof of any drug habits in the Bush family. Obviously, this young lady is having problems and I pray that with her family's assistance and God's blessing she will overcomes them.

Not to pile on, but looks like eating disorder. Xanex is one of the therapy drugs used to treat eating disorders.

That's why I posted the chart above.

However, that being said, why did she need to get a false prescription?

People with eating disorders are very obsessive/compulsive. If medication becomes part of treatment, it needs to be on an inpatient basis to avoid instances just like this one. IMHO Shrinks are too quick to write a script, but it keeps the patient happy.(Insurance company too)

Thanks for LarryKing mugshot. I wonder whether Noelle will have the "opportunity" to tell her side of the story on Larry King Live, all spruced up with professional hair and makeup job. Condidit's kids showed up there, why not Noelle? < sarcasm off >

Most arrests photos tend to be scary, altough Ms. Bush looks like a Biscayne Boulevard Crack Whore in this photo.

Maybe she is and she was just using the Xanatax to come off her high. Either way she should get some sympothy from the Florida crack crowd.

Xanax!? Oh give me a break. That'll be over the counter in a few years.

Not if it makes people repeat themselves.

There's no excusing this, but it should be mentioned that Xanax is only Schedule 4; it's not a narcotic, and it's in the same category as valium and fenfluramine. Not exactly a 'hard drug', in other words.
