My son called me last week and asked if I had any hydrocodone. He had a root canal done and it got infected. He was almost in tears from the pain. Would I have broken the law if I gave him one? Would he have broken the law? Heck yes, but should I have told him to wait until Monday (this was Friday) to ask his doctor for a prescription? We don't know the whole story and frankly, I personally don't care. I care about the jobs our politicians do and their morality but will not judge them by their kids' actions. I had a hard enough time raising my own, let alone judging someone else. Mine turned out great, but in the meantime, they scared the bejeezus out of me.
