There is a gal on C-SPAN, Trudy Rubin, from the Philadelphia Inquirer. First question to her was about Iraq. She pretty much slammed Bill Clinton for allowing Sadam to neutralize our Northern Iraq allies in 96.

I'm impressed. Bill Gertz for an hour and now this Trudy Rubin.

Rumsfeld on right now. Why can't all Republicans present themselves as Rumsfeld does. Sharp, direct to the point answers. When Russert prods him with ridiculous follow-up questions, Rumsfeld calls him on it. Compare that wimp Lott to Rumsfeld. What a contrast.

Now McAuliffe and Racicot on MTP. Timmy asks Terry, "Will you return to the Enron employees the $millions that the DNC recieved from Enron? McAullife, "Well, we've received no Enron moneys since I've been in charge." Timmy asks again. Terry answers the same.

Translation: McAuliffe will NOT return millions of $ the Democratic National Committee received from Enron while pressing Bush Administration to return theirs and imply something is wrong with Enron/Bush relationship.
