No doubt, and voice recognition tech so you could say a word to it and it gives the translation on the screen. WAY cool for traveling...

I only want one percent, whoever gets rich off this.
I travel a lot, and when I am gone, I have everyone's phone number etc on hand at all times. I also keep a lot of other information, such as the names of their children, etc.
I don't schedule anything until I have checked my palm pilot to see if I am clear. And once it goes in there I always have that information available to me. Transfering it to the computer is as simple as can be.
I love my palm pilot and I will always have one.
For carrying the Constitution, you could be profiled by the Palm Police...
I have about 500 contact entries with phones, addresses, and all kinds of useful info for each. Palm comes with a contact program but I wrote a simple database which is larger and more specific to my wishes.
I wrote a small calendar program ...again, Palm has a calendar program but once you learn how to use thinkDB it's easy to write your own.
I track all my mother's medications on one Tinybyte (a Tinybyte is ThinkDB language for a small database.)
I moved recently and while searching for a house I tracked everything on ThinkDB. I'd copy info off the net on houses I was interested in and then when I visited them I'd addmy comments. That database made it very easy to keep many houses organized.
Some other great programs are ArsLexis Thesaurus which is a large thesaurus I also use regularly to quickly look up spellings, Mapopolis which is freeware that allows you to carry detailed maps of most counties in the USA (you can type in a street name and a map will pop up showing you where the street is), all kinds of useful math programs (C4Me is an unusual freeware calculater that is excellent), and Scrabble (just like a real scrabble game - sometimes the Palm wins).
There are also all kinds of language dictionaries and language learning programs.
And Lots of medical programs!
You can also have the Bible in your Palm with no problem.
Still, of the hundreds of programs I've looked at and used, ThinkDB has been the most useful because you can quickly write useful databases.....and at the Thinkingbytes (the designers of ThinkDB) website they have a growing list of databases many people have contributed, most of which are freeware.
Trust me, Kermit, get good with a Palm and your friends will be green with envy, er, perhaps greener that is!

It also works in the opposite direction, which is not as much fun.
