Personally, this stuff gives me brain cramps. I've read it twice, and I still don't get it . . .

"Knowledge shall increase."
Daniel 12:4
Yours in Truth,
The way I look at it is each part of the measurement apparatus has characteristics of a "virtual" light source. In this way, the slits and polarizers radiate their presence in all directions at light speed, and this virtual light radiation also travels in opposite direction to the light being measured and phase-interacts with it to provide the light with advance information on the experimental configuration. The result is that the light is caused to behave in the unusual manner you've described.
Based on this, I suppose that if it were possible to introduce a post-slit polarizer into the oncoming light path after the light has passed the slits, the light would behave differently than if that post-slit polarizer was in place well before the light passed the slits. If I'm wrong about that, then at least it makes the physics of it even more interesting, to me.
It was a great read and, to my delight, it underlined much of what I have concluded from an entirely different direction.
For one thing, it said According to the Kabbalists, Adam, before the fall in the Garden of Eden, had a body of light and not one of flesh and blood. Only as a result of the eating of the fruit from the forbidden Tree was Adam "penalized" with a body of flesh. I also came to that conclusion, because the Genesis account has the tree of life in the center of the garden of Eden (Genesis 2:9) and Revelations (2:7) has the tree of life in the center of paradise, speaking of heaven.
If you are Jewish, the Revelation part would not be particularly interesting to you but it is a stumbling-block to other Christians who would place the Genesis account strictly in the physical realm, even though other scriptures, such as Hebrews, clearly show a heavenly temple of which the earthly temple is a type. There many other such examples of this in the Word.
The part about super-strings is a reach for me only because I see no need for so many extra dimensions or the compactification that the Kaluza-Klein based theory requires. Ive linked to a more elegant higher dimensional dynamic theory in my previous post #89. The difference at the root of the phenomenon is basically between harmonics and shock wave (the cause is the same either way, God said Let there be light.)
Finally, I also arrived at the conclusion that all is revealed in the Word. I was delighted to discover that Isaac Newton believed this to be true. And the Equidistant Letter Sequence study was an exciting affirmation to me. The panicky reaction to ELS and the ugly treatment of Eliyahu Rips - from the establishment science community was also very telling.
Thank you very much for the links!!!
Reminds me of the quote by the Apostle Paul to the greatest philosophers of the day at the Areopagus in Athens:
"for in Him we live and move and have our being," (Acts 17:28a)
Such a thought alone is pantheistic--and Paul surely was making an appeal to some who had such an "all is god" philosophy. Within Paul's Christian philosophy this thought simply shows the immanence of God... the Apostle, like the rest of the Biblical authors, taught of the transcendence of God as well: God is close by, in everything (immanent)(and everything is in Him) but also beyond everything (transcendent) as well.
Pantheists do have it half right...
He argues that at some deeper level of reality such particles are not individual entities, but are actually extensions of the same fundamental something.
Allowing, for the sake of argument, that the superhologram is the matrix that has given birth to everything in our universe, at the very least it contains every subatomic particle that has been or will be -- every configuration of matter and energy that is possible, from snowflakes to quasars, from blu whales to gamma rays. It must be seen as a sort of cosmic storehouse of "All That Is."
I'm not part of the biblical chapter (whatever that is) of FR, but I AM glad I decided to wade through all my pings and found the ones to this article.
My thanks to you both for the heads up. Very interesting, isn't it!
