Why is it so impossible for you (and others - you're certainly not alone) to fathom that Alan Keyes might actually have some legitimate flaws? It's as though it's beyond the scope of what you're willing to honestly examine. The visceral reaction to criticism of Alan Keyes among people on this board is almost bizarre. It's as though it's a personal threat or something.
By the way - I don't "run" with any crowd, EV. I barely know anyone on FR, to tell you the truth.
If you would simply change the name in your paragraph from 'Keyes' to 'Bush' you would be alot closer to getting to the core of what is a very old fight around here.
The people you have chosen to ally yourself with on this thread have a long history of torching anyone who is the least bit critical of the President...even if it is a disagreement over policy.
You admit you haven't been here...but you fail to see that maybe you don't understand the dynamics of what is going on here.
