I hope he continues to. It clearly demonstrates that he thinks the constitution is no more than toilet paper whenever he brings up such deeply flawed legislation.

This was the law that allowed socialism to exist in this country. It was the first law to use the commerce clause to get around the tenth ammendment. Hundreds more followed and we effectively lost part of our bill of rights.
