My God rintense, that was magnificent! I thought I was all cried out, guess not.

I had never seen the picture of the firefighter moving up the stairs before. When I saw that, the look on his face, knowing what he faced..........We must NEVER forget. We must NEVER allow anyone to forget.

The saddest part of that one is that WE know what happened to him. But I hope it is a comfort for his family to see that he was resolute and almost peaceful going toward what would be his death, though obviously he didn't know that at the time. He was there to do his job and he was doing it willingly.
