To me, the word 'boob' is almost an affectionate term -- like a 'dope' or an 'a**hole'.

I wouldn't put the Clintons in this classification. They should be retired from all lists and placed in a special category of 'All-time most corrupt, venal, unethical, unprincipled, unscrupulous, treasonist, unethical, noxious, couple of the decade.' (How about 'in the history of our country'?)

That leaves your call for nominations of 'boob of the year', and I am at a loss. For something recent, I might offer the American Red Cross, but for a single person, my mind boggles at the possibilities!!!!!
