Georgetown, Colorado politics have turned into quite the soap opera. The mayor, in addition to being a former stripper, neglected to tell the voters that an accident a few years back wrecked her short-term memory and she requires an aide to help her remember what happened a few minutes ago ... hmmm, she would've been a natural for the Clinton Administration...

Picture of the stripper/mayor?

she would've been a natural for the Clinton Administration... You think so? A presumably attractive former stripper in the same administration as Joyselyn Elders, Janet Reno and Donna Shalala?
I don't think so. But maybe she might work out as a Clinton intern.

Koleen Brooks, 37, denied the charges, though said she
has flashed her breasts at bars in nearby Evergreen and has vacationed at nude beaches.

b>Phil,
This is a followup to a story I flagged for you a week ago. If not used on-air as yet, this is a natural for the Show.

Brooks sounds like she would be a lot better than the lame mayor we have now in Long Beach, CA...Beverly O'Neill. Queen Bev, having been termed out, is running as a write-in in April 2002. To make matters more hideous, she recently orchestrated the implementation of a new voting system that will require the voter to use a pencil to vote for a candidate...or in her case, write her name on the ballot. I don't know why people are bitching about Brooks the stripper...we have it a lot worse in Long Beach. As long as Brooks supports cutting taxes, I could easily take the sight of her baring her goodies at the local watering hole.

This woman needs to learn the first rue of politics: "Tit-for-Tat."
