OK, my geography could be faulty, but I believe that sailing westward from Peru would be mighty tough going.

And if Kon Tiki was built of reeds, why did he go to all the massive trouble to get balsa logs from the highlands down to the beach?

If they can't get the directions or the construction right, then why should I trust the rest of their 'facts'?

The few surviving examples of ancient writing are in a script that has yet to be deciphered.

Barry Fell, if still alive, would hotly dispute that, as well.
