Sorry, as much as I like Rudy putting him above Dubya is ridiculous. There is no comparison of a city official leading a city in a disaster to a man leading a nation and rallying the entire world. I love Rudy but I don't buy his performance over George W. Bush. NO WAY!!!!

I agree. # 1 should have been GW, not question about it. Rudy is great but he's only the mayor. GW has had a much greater impact on the world. I hope TIME mag doesn't fall into the same trap. On another thread, I commented that A&E is total showtime, hollywood crowd so they are always going to pick a New Yorker over a Texan. Oh well, I'm sure GW doesn't care so neither should I.

As to the package business...I never said anything about it either but it was the hot topic of one particular thread. Someone mentioned Gore and the package and I nearly barfed! Perhaps we need a better term, eh? In any event, he is looking really good!!

I'm so jealous some of you got to see these events live. Where? On FOX, I suppose. Doubt C-Span will bother repeating them but I will check and report back.

I agree...I was terribly disappointed that they chose Guiliani over GWB for #1.

Rudy has been outstanding in rallying NY since 9-11 while Dubya has been waging a war to save our Western Civilization from the malovent agenda of Islamic fanatics!! Dubya should have been Numero Uno!
