We need some prophecy scholars in this thread to lay out the Biblical basis for the theory that Russia is the "king from the North" that will attack Israel.

I am Baptist so here goes.

Stage 1 The rapture of the church. Tribulation Period begins/Rise of the Antichrist and International Peace treaty with Israel/Mark of the Beast Institued/Judgment seat of Christ occurs simuntanelously

Stage 2 Mid-point of 7 year tribulation period-After 3 1/2 years beginning of "Great Tribulation". Peace Treaty Broken/Russia and Non-aligned Arab countries attack Israel and are defeated.

Stage 4 Gods judgements & Satan's wrath.
