Needless to say, this eyewitness account of war's reality should be passed on to every high school student in America. If you saw the movie We Were Soldiers ... , this is what happened to the one battalion that was not picked up by choppers at LZ X-Ray. They were to walk to LZ Albany, with no resistance expected.
