MANSFIELD -- No evidence of tampering with the water was found after an Albanian citizen sought on a deportation warrant was arrested while walking on the Mansfield Hollow Dam, authorities said.
After the arrest Thursday evening of Artur Dalipi, 35, of 6 Middletown Ave., Wethersfield, technicians with the Willimantic Water Works tested water at the dam for the presence of unusual materials. Willimantic's reservoir is downstream of the dam.

Last official estimate I recall was 12 million, and you're right, this is nuts.
Like the 56 y.o. hospital worker and 94 y.o. in Oxford, their untraced fatal anthrax infection may just be confounding victims in a well disciplined broad based bio-front. Maybe not.
Any non-citizen who is suspected of bad acts must be slammered because we are in a war of annihilation. The suspicous innocent will be caught up in a not-quite-criminal/POW status, but we are likely to at most video tape the next successful mass murderers. Most will never be seen.
We should carry cameras as well as rifles &/or shotguns in our cars and pack hanndguns, licensed if an option. We are frontline citizen-soldiers in what may prove to be the bloodiest war in American history, as this war will last at least one or two generations. This enemy hates you as much as they hate your grandchildren's right to live the American dream. Local authorities need to lead, follow, or get out of the way.
About 1 1/2 hours apart. Mansfield is almost 100 miles East of Oxford.

We've had quite a few crop duster dry runs. They happen quite often, but the planes nor their pilots are caught. The power they drop is always found to be nontoxic.....so far.
Illegal or not, they can register to vote (Democrat, of course) by just applying for a driver's license (we'll pay for a translator, if one is needed). And state DMVs are told not to ask about citizenship.
Then, with a driver's license, they can apply for a Social Security card and credit cards which they can use to buy tickets and on and on and on.
We are snake-bit and if somebody doesn't apply a tourniquet soon, the venom we have let into this country will do us in.
Why don't local lawmen call in the Feds in a case like this?

There was also a dry run inflitration of a nuclear power plant by some guys riding around in a phoney Coast Guard boat. Those guys were shot at but not caught.
Farmers need their own anti-aircraft weapons. Any trespassing planes dropping any kind of substance should be shot at - as a warning at least. Wouldn't crop dusters be a relatively easy kind of aircraft to shoot down?
Well, without open immigration, the INS would be out of a job. Gotta keep the democrap voters on the payroll, you know.
If immigration were under control, there'd be major layoffs. About only 1/3 of the crew would be needed.
Illegal immigrants are job security.
Gotta catch 'em. They hit and run. That's why they haven't been caught.
