1998 seems to be the year al-Qaeda started operating in the USA. It seems al-Qaeda piggeybacked on Clinton's war on Yugslavia when his administartion was using Islamic resources for a covert war on Milosevic. Read more about it @
BIN LADEN GATE I am sure the water quality is fine.

Misale posted $500 bail and was scheduled for a Dec. 4 hearing in court. That's an awfully small bail for someone who is perhaps suspected of terrorism, even though no evidence was found of tampering. Misale probably won't show in court if he is guilty.

You got that right. Why isn't he simply deported on the earlier warrant- end of story?

Why isn't he simply deported on the earlier warrant- end of story? What the heck is going on? Does the left hand still not know what the right hand is doing?
I live in a relatively small town but we know what INS holders are. For Pete's sake, this is discouraging.

Misale is the girl who was walking with the Albanian man... "Dalipi was held overnight and presented at Rockville Superior Court Friday morning"
FYI...

They gave him bail and set a court date?

I would hope they kept him in custody on the deportation order.

Having lived in CT for several years, I can tell you this isn't a booming metropolis where they picked up this intruder. It is discouraging.

Agreed-- The Albanian man will likely be deported. As for the "girl", she's 33 years old! And her involvement with the Albanian needs to be investigated-- until then, I still say $500 is way too little as a way to get her into court!

I bet it was a dry run. Don't do any damage just test the authorites.
Im not even going to think about what they could do to the water.

Deportation? HELLLLOOO McFLYYY? How about a vice grip on his manhood till he tells us who sent him? As I have said before, deporting a terrorist to another country is like finding a rattlesnake in your bed and deporting him to your bedroom floor - he'll be baaaack.

I believe they did a dry run before Sept 11th event.
How many million illegals are there in the USA anyway? This is nuts.

That bail is for the tresspassing charge. This is a state court. It couldn't charge him with an immigration violation. That would have to be done by a federal court/INS hearing officer. This is bizzare. He could have been held by the state court (at the request of the feds) and been sent to an INS lockup.

How far in Connecticut is this from the woman who was poisoned with Anthrax?

That's an awfully small bail for someone who is perhaps suspected of terrorism, even though no evidence was found of tampering. They were probably scoping out the dam for future attacks. This reminds of actor James Woods' experience before the WTC disasters.
At First Glance:
Compare this incident with the experience of movie actor James Woods. Woods took a flight from Boston to Los Angeles one week before the World Trade Center attacks. The only other people in first class with him were four men of Middle Eastern appearance who acted very strangely. During the entire cross-country flight none of them had anything to eat or drink, nor did they read or sleep. They only sat upright in their seats, occasionally conversing with each other in low tones. Woods mentioned what he had noticed to a flight attendant, who shrugged it off. Arriving in Los Angeles, Woods told airport authorities, but they seemed unwilling to become involved.
It seems very likely that Woods witnessed a dry run for the attack on the World Trade Center. One of the planes used in that attack was flying the same Boston-Los Angeles route that Woods flew.
If the laxness towards enforcing the rules on all these illegals is purposeful, it implies treason within the government.
Remember a Croatian, Damir Igric, whose temporary visa had expired 2 1/2 years before, attacked a Greyhound busdriver on October 3rd causing several deaths.
The question is: are these illegals given so many breaks, and their illegal status being overlooked purposely, in order that they can continue to terrorize the U.S. citizenry into giving up more and more rights?

I believe they did a dry run before Sept 11th event. From what I have read and been told, they have done several dry runs of several scenarios.
How many million illegals are there in the USA anyway? This is nuts.
That's what is so frustrating. No one KNOWS.
