argued a case beyond the initial filings?

It has taken a long time to unravel the twisted, tangled, mess he made of records to cover his backside BUT we now have "bright lines." And even if the politicians try to step in and dim the lights, the SEC will not have a choice but to pursue once Wall Street sees the light.
