"Is Judicial Watch going to refile the all-important Loral Shareholders case?"

(here is the reply from Larry Klayman himself:

"The Loral case has been refiled in Judge Lamberth's court and even though this case is moving along slowly, it is has been refiled."

(I didn't tape my question or Mr Klayman's reply, but above is basically what was stated)

So let me ask you straight out: Is the INFORMATION (satisfied?) that we already know about (1) Chinagate, (2) Filegate, (3) Emailgate, (4) the death of Brown, (5) the death of Foster and (6) the Riady Non-Refund sufficient to warrant an INVESTIGATION into any of those scandals by the proper authorities; namely Ashcroft and the DOJ? YES OR NO?

BAC refuses to acknowlege there have been pictures taken of the inside of Ron Brown's noggin. I pointed BAC to a very credible link and he still won't let go of the Brown thing. Brown was at the top of the world when he was suppose to have gone south on Clinton.

You are an unmitigated LIAR. You've already been presented with facts proving that what you are saying is a lie and yet you persist in spreading the lie. For those who just tuned in, VA Advogado tried to tell someone else on another thread that Brown was autopsied by posting some photos that he clearly didn't even know the origin of and spouting a definition that clearly had NOTHING to do with the meaning of autopsy as used by law enforcement officials. Ask him to post the web site URL he originally posted as the source of the photo. Let's see how CREDIBLE it was. Let's see if it even mentions the ORIGINAL source of the images.

The truth is that ALL of the pathologists in attendance at the Brown examination (as well as several others) have now stated that Brown's body was NOT autopsied but should have been autopsied. Brown's head was ONLY externally examined. It was NOT cut open. There is ONE photo of an x-ray of his head which survives ONLY because the photographer Janoski happened to take a picture of the x-rays at the examination of his body. I dare VA Advogado to cite ANY government document or authoritative quote that says otherwise. ALL of the pathologists have stated that Brown's body SHOULD have been autopsied ... by opening up his skull to look for a bullet. Why doesn't VA Advogado post ONE quote from ANY pathologist who says Brown was autopsied? I challenged him to do this before. He RAN. He is a LIAR. Why doesn't he post a quote from the ORIGINAL source of those pictures that says Brown was autopsied? I challenged him to do this before. He RAN. He is a LIAR.
