When I lived in California, we passed English-only and Prop. 187, and judges basically nullified the vote of the people in both cases. Yeah I know. What a bummer.
There are definately 2 sets of laws. One for us and one for them. But we are getting the short end of the stick!!

Gee I guess SantaAna surrendered to Sam Houston after the battle of San Jacinto, but he actually WON the war 165 years later.

This may explain the broad definition of terrorist in the Patriot Act and the creation of the office of Homeland Defense. They very well know that Civil War Two is coming and are getting ready to deal with it...

Actually, the list of the states mirroring California both demographically, environmentally, economically and politically, goes like this...
...The Rest of the Country 2035...
Considering that our biggest states will go first, and in light of the mass competition the country will face over the next 20 years ranging from the Islamic Empires to the Chinese Hegemon, as well as the mass de-industrialization and imported impoverishment of the country, the Union will most likely shatter completely and/or the Constitution cease in substance if not in form no later than 2020.

I was not a politically aware creature when the prop 187 debacle went down. Now that I'm awake, and living in a state that is being constantly redifined by the illegal influx, I don't know how California avoided a violent civil uprising. One day in the future, a Kentuckyian will say the same about Texas. And then a Wisconsinite will say it about Kentucky. And by then the whole effing country will be one big happy family of illiterate, unskilled workers. The mutli-national corps will have an endless supply of cheap labor and the pretense of a constitutional republic no longer be a hassle to the Money. This is sickening.

My sister dates a teacher who works in Santa Ana. So stick YOUR PROPOGANDA elsewhere. We are in the trenches out here! You are attempting to protect what harms California and grabs the residents by the short hairs!

We have all the illegals sucking at the goverment nipple here to be sure.
Mexicans who mostly are here need to do more at home to create what they come here for.
At least attempt tp follow our rules and enter legally and go home. Or stay legally. That would not bother me.
THIS DOESN'T MEAN EVERYBODY WHO WANTS TO CAN COME AND SAY.
