There are no enemy uniforms, no "al-Quaeda" membership cards. Secret trials are the hallmark of the old Soviet regime. Here, until you totalitarians began grunting so loudly, we have always had the presumption of innocence as the center of our judicial system -- whether foreigner or citizen.
