A terrorists constitutional rights?Im not even going to respond further.
One thing you geniuses can't quite get through your blockheads: without a trial there is no way of determining who is or is not a terrorist. There are no enemy uniforms, no "al-Quaeda" membership cards. Secret trials are the hallmark of the old Soviet regime. Here, until you totalitarians began grunting so loudly, we have always had the presumption of innocence as the center of our judicial system -- whether foreigner or citizen.
After 9-11....... terrorist's have NO RIGHTS!
Deal with it!
Nazi infiltrators didn't have those, either, but we used military tribunals to try them during WWII.
Excuse me, Einstein, but a tribunal is a court of justice designed to determine guilt or innocence.
I agree with you, (but somewhat grudgingly at this precise point in time)...but did not bin laden admit days ago he was responsible?...or do I need to do many searches?...as far as I know, this ONE INDIVIDUAL admitted his guilt, or is that honor?, that he is responsible?...what next?...Miranda?...
