My Fellow Freeper's,
I can usually stand on my own in an argument based on FACT and not FICTION. If someone wants to poke about stories that are " media made" or " urban legend" , then that is their own deal. I for one like to deal with facts. Common sense. So you would think basing an argument on fact's and not opinion or any of the above things stated above would win the argument hand's down right? Wrong.
This goes beyond ignorance. This is a new breed of ignorance in my "opinion" and I feel that as a Free Republic we should once and for all address this issue that faces our country this very day. Bottom line: Does the majority of the Muslim/ Islamic world want the United States dead? Does the majority hate the United States?
Remember facts are the key here. We can go from the Taliban to Iraq to Syria to the PLO. All have described their hate with no shame or hiding it. They burn our flag and spit on it. They burn dummies of President George W Bush. They declare a Jihad against us. We have students and even everyday citizens doing the same thing here on our own soil. Hating America for every reason on why they are allowed here in the end of it all. Allowed to attend our schools, attend the same stores we shop at, pump the same gas they need to drive the cars or busses made sometimes by the very countries they despise. The same can be said for airplanes, trains, and boats as well.
What is one to do when one is faced with someone saying that you are wrong for thinking that "the majority of Muslims/Arabs hate the U.S. . When you are told that it is more like 1% of them hate us. Well, as you can imagine I disagree and use the FACTS to lay it out. It never seems to get through their skulls though unless they have lost a chunk of their own family and then want to issue a fatwah against us or them or whoever. Who can keep score for who is pissed at who?
So my question is this to all of you reading this. Based on the facts and numbers...do the majority of Muslims/Arabs in this world hate this country? Should we now at this time really take the step towards filtering out this country and pointing out the traitor's and making their lives so miserable on a daily basis that they move to another country?
I say yes.
America...Love It Right Now. Or Get The Hell Out.

Paragraphs are our friends try them sometime, maybe then someone will actually read your rant.
In 1999, a grand jury investigated Shaikh following reports that he may have written prescriptions illegally. He was not indicted.
Maybe they have more evidence now. Perhaps he is being investigated not because he is a Muslim, as you would like us to believe, but because he may be a criminal?
PLEASE read a newspaper or watch a news program on TV then you will know what you are missing. Even little ol' Columbia MO had its share of terrorist types. OBL had a sat. phone bought by a MU student and sent to him. Get out of your shell and read, look, listen.
pretty unlawyerly of you.
you failed to speak to the context of my post. Looks like you boys are running outa steam . . .
Grand juries also assist in the process of eliminating people who are a part of an investigation wrongly.
I have had the exact same question, even written a two part article on it.
There is a frightening amount of Muslims in America, including American Citizens, and also including 2nd generation Americans who state clearly that they put their loyalties with fellow Muslims first and America second.
Contrast this with the behavior of Japanese Americans (Nisei, born in America to Japanese immigrants). After Pearl Harbor, over 10,000 Nisei tried to enlist in the Armed Services. I haven't been able to document many who defended Japan, or said that they would fight with fellow Japanese before they would fight for America. This, even despite the ingrained existence of the Bushido code, which argued that individual life was worthless and that dying for the Emperor was a great privilege (sound familiar?)
Not only that, but an absolutely astounding amount blamed (and still do) on the dreaded Jew. I find it incredible that educated people could think like this, but they do.
I have heard the various theories, that Wahhibism is a mixture of European Marxism and Islam; that, being fascists, what the fanatics really want is power; or that their inability to account for the relative poverty and ignorance of the Muslim world, plus the brainwashing they receive from infancy on, fuels their anger.
Yet, even so-called "moderate" Muslims agree that it would be better to live under Islamic shairia laws - in effect a state sponsored religion - and that they would work to ensure that it happened if they ever gained a majority in the U.S.
Just that comment should send chills down every American's spine, for it is antithetical to our founding, our ideals and our very way of life.
A theocracy - just what the Left accuses the Christians of wanting - and the hard Left supports the radicals!
Okay, let us look at your assertions. First you alleged innocent people were being hounded for no apparent reason and that the authorities were acting in secret. I asked you for PROOF. By the way, that is what lawyers do. After several non-responsive responses, you posted a link about your alleged Pakastani natives who are claiming to be American citizens. I read YOUR LINK. It said your allegedly innocent former-Pakastani had been before a grand jury in 1999 but was not indicted. That may mean he is innocent....it may mean they didn't have enough evidence... it may mean he paid off the grand jury panel. You posted the link, I just quoted it. So now, you are resorting to name calling and casting dispersions on my profession because you have NO PROOF to back up your statements. Case Closed.
I hope you aren't holding your breath waiting for an answer. I really liked the all caps THESE ARE AMERICAN CITIZENS routine. BTW, good response.
...mention the overwhelming evidence that was omitted from his trial re: the Mid Eastern types that eye witnesses saw, and other evidence. There is alot of that here on FR...perhaps someone can provide the link.
