No. Articles in the newspapers or online are NOT considered LLSS.

It's the kind of information that would be (HYPOTHETICAL EXAMPLE!) "I was over at [Fill in the blank] AFB the other day and saw 150 B-52s take off in a four hour period"....etc. Something like that
