The way things are going these days, I think the "Paula Poundstone" Education Department might be more fitting.

How about "Tostitos Department of Education" or the "Poulan Weedeater State Department" ?LOL! If this turned out to be an alternative way for the government to collect revenue and do away with taxing us, then I'm all for it.
