PRINCETON, N.J. (AP) -- Actor Danny Glover has called on the United States government to spare the life of Osama bin Laden, even if he is found guilty of being involved in terrorist acts.

Glover, who starred in "The Color Purple" and the "Lethal Weapons" series, made the comments Thursday during an anti-death penalty forum at Princeton University, The Trentonian of Trenton reported in Friday's editions.

I disagree- I am for the death penalty, but only when the evidence is more than 'circumstantial'.

If someone SEES you do it, then that's pretty definate.

The anti-death penalty crowd have ONLY one valid point, and that is the possibility of sending an inocent man to his death- If I were a judge, it would have to be pretty overwhelming evidence (like , oh, say OJ SIMPSONs case...)
