Interesting and plausable theory. The sleepers in this country have been busy. I saw a couple suspicious types photographing the Wells Fargo building in downtown Portland and my daughter recently saw someone videotaping Southcenter Mall in Seattle from a car. They aren't doing this for the fun of it. Something else will happen and I'm afraid its going to be worse than WTC.

Did you or your daaughter report these incidents to the local authorities and/or the FBI??

I reported the Wells Fargo incident and yesterday I called the FBI for my daughter but since she didn't have a license plate number they said they couldn't do anything more than report it as "suspicious activity". However I told them she thought she could identify the make of the car and that would be a way to track them down but they didn't ask more about this. I've got a camera in my front seat in case I see anything more and so does she.
