At least your poem is longer than the news reports.
That 'poem' is an offering from Rush's 1982 release,
Signals. At the time, they'd been around (in album form) for 6 years, and their previous release,
Moving Pictures, (not counting the fabulous live
Exit Stage Left) was a classic the second it hit the shelves.
Subdivisions was more than great music, it was brilliant social commentary. The entire album/tape (funny, huh?) was fantastic. If you've never heard it, I highly recommend it.
