Condit said he was considering whether to comply. I guess Democrats think that complying with a subpoena is optional.

Condit said he was considering whether to comply. what arrogance! Apparently he thinks his DNC payoff (promotion from intelligence committee to national security committee) makes him immune from justice.

Subpoenas were unnecessary - good one, Abbe.

"Issuing a subpoena was not necessary," Lowell said. "However, whatever the reasons were for its issuance, Congressman Condit and his office will, as they have in the past, provide the information law enforcement seeks." But.....how many TIMES will they have to subpoena him before they get ALL the information they seek?

It has been reported that Congressman Condit is hiding somewhere in a maze of caves in Northern Calfiornia. He is communicating by sending pre recorded tapes to the Sacramento Bee, a noted liberal propaganda organ.

There's a rumor going 'round that Condit has quit the Democratic Party and become a member of the Taliban. It would make sense since both tend to treat women the same way...

The rout of the Taliban and the imminent capture/execution of al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden must be close to the endgame. The news is beginning to shift back to what was happening September 10. Chandra Levy is still missing....

Let's hope this reminds the Central Valley why they shouldn't vote for the slimeball.

Timing is everything!!! He's trying to get enough signatures to run again without paying the filing fee and his disgusting lying son is planning on running for state office.

Selective reporting!
Police have said repeatedly they do not consider Condit a suspect in the case since they have not declared that a crime exists. Police interviewed Condit four times, searched his Washington apartment, took a DNA sample and examined phone and other records.
During one of the Finally, after several interviews, Condit admitted to an affair with Levy, a police source has said.

Isn't there a Condit "ping" list? If not, there should be.
I know that Judicial Watch's Western Regional Headquarters asked the criminal grand juries AND the District Attorneys in Modesto, San Mateo and San Francisco Counties to investigate. There were a possible 8 counts of obstruction of justice, perversion of justice, and perjury. These are felony counts and each carries a 5-year prison term.
According to Ernie Norris (who appeared with Anne Marie Smith's attorney - Jim Robinson) of Judicial Watch's WRH, the grand juries declined to look into the matter; instead, referring everything to the District Attorneys to investigate. Well, la de dah - if the DAs just happen to be Democrats, guess what happens to the investigation? Nada!
Ernie, who has worked extensively with the Grand Jury Associations in Calif., is concerned with the demise of the criminal portions of the Grand Juries in many counties. This will mean that a citizen can't issues for possible criminal prosecution of government employees (including judges) before the grand jury. This is disturbing.
Hmmm. Wonder how much pressure Abbe Lowell (attorney for Chicom agent - James Riady) put on the GJs for them not to investigate Condit? Judicial Watch did a good job of bringing up all the statutes that Condit & Co. violated. Wonder if the Grand Jury in DC would be interested in the Calif. statutes that were violated? Inquiring minds want to know.
