I also hope that it will be a lesson to missionaries and aid workers. Do not go into unstable countries...and cause a risk to others lives by your choice.

All that being said, to tell a missionary to NOT GO into an unstable country is counter to the whole purpose of being a missionary. We cannot "blame" the missionaries for the poor treatment that they received in a country that does not want their citizens to hear the message that motivates these missionaries. God bless them in what they do and protect them in the lands that they are sent to do their work in.
