Did he file a complaint with the real Police? If he was a=ssaulted, then the real pd should have been called, and he should have them arrested and tried in a real court. this is in addition to whatever the college does.

simoply because a college has it's own code of behavior, doesn't exempt victims of crime from filing a police report.

Is the Tufts campus somehow immune from state laws? If you did this in a beer joint they'd toss you in the can for up to a year. Your victim could lay a civil suit on you for ruinous damages.

Maybe this guy ought to go the "real" legal route now and dip deep into the pockets of the University that has enabled these people to do this sort of manhandling and mayhem.

My daughter is going to a Christain college (Georgetown College NOT Georgetown University) and is finding the same even there. Luckily for us she has a good background and beliefs and is prepared to stand for them even in the face of seemingly overshelming odds. I am proud of her for taking the stand she has.

Freeping the whole state isn't such a bad idea. The main campus is apparently in Medford, MA, but there are campuses in Boston and Grafton. I'm guessing from what I can find that Medford and Grafton are in the Boston area as well.

The activity by hoodlums at Tufts is disgusting but mirrors similar activity at other colleges and universities in America....particularly within the ivy league.

For the most part, this pathetic floatsom is comprised of two factions: Militant blacks unable to face intellectual inferiority...and effete white snobs who need an escape from boredom and need to exersise power over others to cover personal deficiencies.

I went to a Christian college and during most of my time I was part of the problem, I'm ashamed to admit. But no one that I know ever did anything like this or any kind of vandalism. We were just ignorant, impressionable students following the leftism that is rife even at Christian colleges.

God bless your daughter. I'm sure she'll avoid such pitfalls as I walked into.
