SEEMS SOME HILLARY FANS ARE A BIT UPSET 

Those of you who are frequent readers of Nealz Nuze know that I like to post nifty little pictures on this website.  One of my favorite targets for fun and, yes, ridicule is none other than Hitlary Clinton.  Several days ago I posted a picture of The Hildebeast with a rather interesting little addition.  You can see that picture by clicking right here!!!

Well, it seems that some of you folks out there have taken this picture from my website and posted it to a website called The Hillary Clinton Forum.  Believe me, the people who run that forum aren’t amused.  Imagine my distress.

Here is an e-mail I received from Esme Taylor, the editor of The Hillary Clinton Forum, this morning: 

Mr. Boortz, That serpent-tongued picture of Hillary, with your name on it, is back to harass us again. You admitted it was harassment so why did you continue to leave it on your server for people to harass us again, and again, and again? Please delete that picture fromyour server or you leave me no option but to sue you. I don't want to do that I just want you to get it off your server to stop people from harassing us.  You know they are harassing us so why do you continue?  I expect it to be removed immediately you receive this email.  If you are not capable of accessing your server, then please reply to this email to inform me that you have made arrangements for it to be removed, and what time you expect this to be done. It puzzles me that you have such bad things to say about Hillary, yet you do not hesitate to harass me and the members on my forum, both left and right with a vile and extremely disgusting image. It also puzzles me that you have deliberately exposed us to even more harassment after I put you on notice.  I hope there is a shred of decency in you to which I can appeal for relief from this despicable harassment. As I told you before, there have been hundreds of ugly Hillary pictures posted on my forum, but this one is so vile that it makes us all sick. Esme Taylor   Editor, Hillary Clinton Forum

She threatened to sue (in a government court, presumably) to get Neil Bortz to remove the picture from his website.

"Your Honor, the defendant's call their first witness, Hillary Rodham Clinton." Hillary would never allow this to happen; not in this life-time!

She was threatening him with an effort to RESTRICT HIS 1ST AMENDMENT RIGHTS. That's what's despicable.

Sorry Dead, but unless she's acting under of color of law (which she obviously is not), the First Amendment has absolutely nothing to do whatsoever with her despicable conduct or the frivilous lawsuit that she has threatened to commence. I get it, because I know it.

She threatened to petition the courts (which are the government) to restrict his rights. The fact that she wouldn’t have been able to, and obviously doesn’t know the law, is irrelevant. We were attacking her for her cavalier and ignorant desire to deny others their constitutionally protected freedoms.

You don’t get it. You said that she was only trying to restrict posts to her own website (Hillary.com has the right to control speech on its web site.) You were completely and inarguably wrong in that point (“Please delete that picture from your server or you leave me no option but to sue you.”)

And, oblivious to the gaping flaws in your own argument, you chastised everybody for not seeing the issue the way you saw it. You were wrong and you showed poor form to boot.
