you wrote: Well then he deserved to be arrested. No hero here.
1. Re: ...driver's license, see "right to travel" which is an inalienable right, since the beginning of time and upheld in many, many court cases.
2. re: federal income taxes, see "unconstitutional" as in Article 1, Sec. 8 of US Constitution. Notwithstanding the 16th Amendment, fraudulently ratified and an abomination to the Constitution, our founders and their intent. But it was specifically adopted by Karl Marx, alleged writer of "the Communist Manifesto", used as a blueprint by The Soviet Union, largest mass murderers of their own countrymen in history (People's Republic of China may be number one, but then Marx was one of Mao's disciples anyway).
Not only does the tax illegally tax your labor as a corporate entity, it provides a means for the State to infiltrate the core of society so that no man could be secure in their papers and privacy of their affairs, since it was now upon the citizen to prove that he didnt in fact owe everything to the State. It is as much about theft as it is surveillance and control. Marx made this point OUTRIGHT. When will fools like you ever pick up a book? It will be too late to find one with the truth at the rate we're going.
In addition, it quite tires me to see people like you supporting the would be tyrant kings of the Earth and not The King of Kings. The Old Testament proclaimed that a tax of 10 percent by any government was akin to slavery.
In the spirit of William Milton Cooper and "The Hour of The Time", Goodnight and God Save The Republic.
I have one... are you being gay just for the humor benefits? Like on Seinfeld where the dentist pretends to be jewish just to use the jokes...?
funny name though.
An Apache County sheriff's deputy was shot in the head and is in guarded condition. It happened during a shoot-out with a man with militia ties. That man, William Cooper, was shot and killed.
It happened late Monday night in the small town of Eagar, Arizona ... 230 miles northeast of Phoenix.
Deputies were serving William Cooper an arrest warrant for assaulting one of his neighbors. The federal government also wanted him for tax evasion.
Cooper had warned officers and federal agents that if they ever came for him, he would not go down without a gun battle.
On his website, Bill Cooper claimed the federal government has targeted his family. He said the nazi Gestapo had threatened him. He believed in UFOs and he didn't believe in paying taxes.
Cooper wrote if authorities ever tried to arrest him, they would be met with armed resistance.
He ran a small radio show called An Hour of the Time - out of Eagar, Arizona. The focus was predominantly anti-government. Cooper was well known in militia circles.
Timothy McVeigh was a fan of Cooper's, he even reportedly tried to recruit cooper to help him at one point before the Oklahoma City bombing.
But early Tuesday morning - deputies had a warrant - but as promised, Cooper wasn't going quietly. Cooper was shot and killed.
Apache County Deputy Rob Marinez took two bullets to the head. He's expected to survive.
The deputy used to live in Mesa and friends there say he's the sort of cop you want to have around if things get tough.
Deputy Marinez is married and has three children.
He's definitely found a legal way to avoid taxes now.
In America, Caesar is the Constitution.
No you don't get it! Rule of Law can only apply when it is lawful and not "under color of the law", which means having the appearance of rightful law. Just because some "authority" makes a proclamation, does not make it a law - for example if it contradicts the Constitution of the U.S.. You as a US Citizen do not have to submit to an unconstituitional law operating under the color of law.
Do not forget that Germany had a constitition and a democracy when it elected Hitler. History repeats itself and human nature is unchanging. Absolute power corrupts absolutely and as Jefferson said, when all power is drawn to and comes forth from Washington (DC) we will have a tyranny here like the one we escaped by revolution.
I hope, for your sake, sir, that you have your papers on you at all times in the coming future. It may be unpleasant for you if not.
Yes, by all means do render. Especially if you live in an Empire like the Roman Empire, headed up by an unelected Emperor who lords over subjects who have no rights whatsoever.
But is America an Empire or a Republic? You tell me.
If you don't obey the law and then forcefully refuse to be punished; they shoot you. It's a simple concept, central in the idea of government.
In 1995, after the OKC Bombing, he was named as the most dangerous talk-show host in America by William Jefferson Clinton, the impeached, rapist, traitorous former President of the United States who once thanked David Rockefeller with profuse tears for helping him (more like "making") him President, so as to carry out the NWO agenda.
Bill regarded that pronouncement as the finest compliment ever paid to him.
You don't need a driver's license to travel, just a thumb or money for a bus ticket. Driving(only around for about a century) is a priveledge, not a right.
Besides, those roads are built and maintained with federal taxes, so if you aren't gonna pay your taxes, don't use the roads!
Papers? A driver's license and soc. security is about all I ever need, downright comes in handy sometimes. Neither seems overly repressive to me. But I'm also not a delusional paranoid spooked by the thought that each passing tumbleweed is actually a jackbooted govt thug in disguise. Pay my taxes ontime, too. They are way too high, but I don't get trigger happy around law enforcement just because of that. But perhaps you are asking me to try and understand the "root cause" of these nutball's anger? Do you want me to "try and understand why they hate the govt so much"?
