Plus, there's nothing like a few intimate dinners at the White House with Pres. Bush turning on the charm. There would be NO chance for ANYTHING with Green. For Exhibit A on that, look at Rudy Giuliani! In 1994, he endorsed Mario Cuomo, only to see Cuomo go down in flames to George Pataki. Rudy has been much more of a Republican party activist since then.
