I recall the Drudge days....oh what drudgery that was.

Drudge didn't get me here and the only use I rarely find for his sight is to look at the AP or UPI wires when something's hot.

He is and always has been much ado about nothing. Lewinsky is his only claim to fame.

Then one day in a fit of pique after he got lambasted on FR for some slight real or imagined, the link was removed.

The reason, real, not imagined, was that tin foil hat kook types were bombarding the site with "W & Cocaine", "W & this conspiracy", "W & that conspiracy" threads, to the point where you couldn't find anything of value for some time there (it was really scary - you couldn't blame him - Drudge - for removing the link)
