Then who would protect women from the dykes?

Men have become nearly extent for some time. they are goofs who fertilize demanding brats, but as far as being anything respectable, most of them aren't.

They've been saying this since the feminist movement took root. I ain't ever gonna happen. Just another pipe dream on the part of those who hate the natural order of the Creator. Women and children are always going to be at risk in the world, and they will always need male protectors.

He says: "With the advent of sperm banks, in-vitro fertilisation, sex sorting techniques, human cloning and same-sex marriages, it is reasonable to wonder about the future role of men in society." Sperm banks and IVF still require input from men, and cloning is still a long way from being a reliable form of reproduction. But on the issue of men hastening their own demise, it's hard to disagree with this article.

I am woman, watch me drool, I end up looking like a fool.

I am woman hear me roar,
I'd be most unhappy without a man walking through my door!
Presumably some of the births due to AI would be boys.
In fact, MOST sex selection today overwhelmingly prefers males!

Been hearing these predictions for ages. I remember, twenty years ago, reading a book called "The Coming Matriarchy." The two (female) authors posited that women would take over all male authority by the turn of the century because women work better with others.
Maybe they meant the turn of the NEXT century?
Btw, love that name: Doc Siegfried.

Then who would protect women from the dykes? The whole plan is, everybody would be a dyke!!!

How quickly they forget that, without men, they would not be where they are, and would not have the promise of the future they so foolishly seek!

I am woman, watch me drool, I end up looking like a fool. Let me see if I have this right. Man-hating women are tring to build a maleless society, men help them by donating the necessary sperm and developing the technology that may soon make that sperm unecessary, and it's the woman who looks the fool? If so, then what do men look like for contributing to their own demise?

I think they should devote themselves to more useful pursuits like knitting skyscraper "cozies" (to keep the building warm, doncha know?!)

I assume you have a mirror in your abode...?

No way. As someone (a woman) said on a previous thread, most women will always prefer to get their sperm the old fashioned way :)

"Point" well taken (pun intended)!

Professor Seigfried Meryn says men already have higher rates for all major causes of death, shorter life expectancy and women can now do their jobs just as well.Hmmmm, if men have higher rates of death for all major causes, that must mean that women are now becoming immortal. Hadn't heard that one before.
Life expectancy varies across cultures. In some places, men outlive women. In some places, men outnumber women. This fellow is looking at his own dysfunctional society and extrapolating in a most un-scientific fashion.
As for women doing men's jobs better than men, well, I will agree that a woman could probably do Doctor Siegfried's job better.
