"When you figure it out, please wiggle that nose and make those who show contempt for the Bill of Right disappear. Thanks in advance." I don't want to do that. I foresee (thanks to my mystical powers I obtained from my nephew's Harry Potter books) a great marketing opportunity for those gullible folks. I'll draw a picture of the virgin Mary in a jar of Skippy Peanut Butter and claim it was a "miraculous" happening. They'll line up for miles to see it, and I'll charge them $50 a pop to see it.
And of course, on the way out, I'll have some commemorative plates for them to buy, too! ;-)
The profits will go to buy me some bread and some grape jelly. Yummo! :-9

North himself wasn't defeated by people like the Democratic Warner, but the Republican Warner. My wife's neice and her fundamentalist youth pastor husband won't go to the movies because of the "appearance of sin," but they don't bat an eye when they head into Blockbuster...

Will you at least concede that mentally, he thinks of himself as poor in material things? Agreed.

Alright then! Can you at least make them all go to one state? (Preferably not mine, but I'll move if necessary)

Well, I messed up that job of cutting and pasting. It was
supposed to be your quote about not going to the movies...
Undoubtedly the work of a house elf...

I agree what you put in your mind will influence you. It may influence you a lot or it may be subtle but it will.

Yes.
My 12 year old Ben has cast some incredible spells.
He made the local dealer sell me a brand new Mercedes for $25.

I'm just a man like any other man, a story book nor a movie will twist me into something i'm not. If you use some of these peoples philosophy than 90% of the Books & Movies would turn us into Pagan Murderers running around in Hockey & ski masks killing young virgins. But the truth of the matter is that this story like all stories gives you the enjoyment of an escape into fantasy where anything is possible. It does not change you in anyway unless your a bad person to begin with & even then that's stretching it a bit. We all have good & evil in us, it is up to ourselves to make sure that we live good Christian lives and a book is not going to change that. Have a good weekend everybody I'm signing off.

Then, I take it you only have that one book in your house?

GET A LIFE! . . . PLEASE

I'm not sure whether to laugh or be depressed. I am amused by the ranting about calling Valdemort (sp?) "He who must not be named," and then later on hyphening out the vowel in "God." Don't you realize that you're doing just what you object to in others? It all dates back to the primitive irrational notion of "name magic," that if you know something's true name you have power over it, or that saying something's or someone's name invokes it or him (indeed, etymologically to invoke something is to call on it using the voice). Have the past few thousand years happened for you?

"Alright then! Can you at least make them all go to one state? (Preferably not mine, but I'll move if necessary)" How about Afghanistan? The Taliban is running out of their own homegrown crazies from what I hear on the news.
To: null and void
Do those make a satisfying BOOM! when you fly them into a building??? No, but it's a real pain in the backside when you run out of cord.....
To: mike2right
Weird. After I saw this I mailed Chuck Morse to tell him he was a wacko and he replied to me claiming he had no knowledge of his own website!
