No complaints here. There have only been a handful of instances where I didn't understand why a thread was pulled. Everyone is entitled to a few mistakes and you're right so much more often than you're wrong.

No it's not. I set the preferences to open in the current window and the self search opens in a new one. That's an area that needs tweaking.

What's your browser? It opens in the same window here on both Internet Explorer 6.0 and Netscape 4.7.

My complaint is very simple - Free Republic is too interesting. I keep reading it. The responses are often better than the original stories. And Registered - please get rid of him. He totally fooled me with his People cover. I actually believed it was real for a few seconds. It was way too good. I started to catch on when I saw the People cover bragged it was a special double-wide issue.

My wife keeps asking me why I am laughing so long. Then I try to read from Free Republic. She can't hear me because I can't stop laughing. That's another related complaint.
