What happened to John Doe #2?

I think John Doe #2 is Mohammed Azmath who was taken off the train in Texas with his friend Khan on September 12th. The two men, who had been on a diverted flight september 12th, had shaved their bodies and were carrying box cutters, indications that they were intending to hijack a plane too. I have posted the pictures of the two men elsewhere and will post them here, in a few minutes, too.
