Need source of Map Photo shown at FR(being used at another Web Site)

I just found this photo on the front page of Rense.com and it is labeled "Artist Unknow" I know that the first and only other place I have seen it is here on FR. I assume that it was created by a freeper, but I don't know. Does anyone know its origin and should its origin be credited ?

I emailed the author--a friend and freeper who turned me on to this site not long ago--he should be in touch

If you could use your self search function then you could locate the first time that you posted this to FR. That would be helpful. They have the eagle with the flag over its face picture up now. I have seen that at FR too, but I don't know if this is where it orignated. Most of the photos there say "Author unknown" when they are posted on the front page.
